Hello Cozy Pine families and teachers! Thank you for allowing me to spend a little time with your children to capture their awesome personalities. We had a blast! Please read all of the information below to help answer any questions you may have, and to learn about the important ordering information and deadlines.
All print orders are due by Monday, November 18th at Midnight.
I’m able to keep costs low by ordering prints in bulk, so this deadline is firm. Good news though, the gallery will remain open through the end of December for digital purchases. Prints will be delivered to the school on 12/9, just in time for the holidays! Be sure to order some for your loved ones. The canvas wraps are incredibly popular because they are absolutely beautiful- I’ve passed along my discounts to you in hopes that you’ll order a portrait for your wall (don’t forget Grandparents too!).
One thing to note, the range of images provided for each child may vary due to their personalities and how into it they were (or not!). Some children are eager and willing to have their photos taken, and others are less than thrilled. My style is different from the average school portrait in the sense that I like to provide an authentic image of a child’s personality instead of the forced grin. I capture tight shots with details that I know parents can appreciate. My goal is to have a portrait of your child that you’ll actually want to frame and show off to your friends and family.

How to order
To view your school photos, please click on the “View your gallery here” Button. From there, you will click on Cozy Pine just above where the galleries are displayed. Once you have all of the children’s galleries pulled up, you can find your child’s name and click on it to view the images. Please note that you will need to enter a password to enter your gallery- PASSWORD is your child's first initial + last name + 2019. Example, asmith2019. All letters are in lower case.
Once you find an image you’d like to order, click on the image and find the store button. Please note that there is a variety of landscape and portrait shaped images. The orientation will be provided as it is seen in the gallery. Also, please note that some larger sizes of images may require a slight cropping of the original image.
Re-touching of skin or glasses glare has not been included to keep costs low. While we do our best to wipe faces, and noses, it doesn’t always remove everything. If you would like re-touching completed, please be sure to add that on in the store. Please make notes as to which image you’d like to have re-touched, and what you would like touched up. This is only for minor imperfections such as glasses glare and skin re-touching.
Sibling groups, will have multiple galleries with your name on them. One for each child, and then one for the siblings together.
Group photos are complimentary and provided to anyone who has made a purchase. These do not need to be ordered. These shots are not always the quality I’d like, so I pass them along to you for keepsake purposes at no cost. These photos will be also be available for pickup on 12/9.
